About the position
The NMN Account Executive 1 plays a key role in supporting Nordstrom Media Network’s (NMN) advertising revenue growth by managing a portfolio of brand partners. This role is responsible for executing media sales strategies, building relationships with brand partners, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-performing campaigns. The Partner Manager works closely with internal teams including Buying, Account Management, GTM, Ad Ops, Audience, & Analytics to ensure brand partner goals are met through thoughtful media planning and execution. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in retail media sales, ad tech sales, and/or marketing, preferably in a brand partner-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and retail media concepts
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
