About the position

The NMN Account Executive 1 plays a key role in supporting Nordstrom Media Network’s (NMN) advertising revenue growth by managing a portfolio of brand partners. This role is responsible for executing media sales strategies, building relationships with brand partners, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-performing campaigns. The Partner Manager works closely with internal teams including Buying, Account Management, GTM, Ad Ops, Audience, & Analytics to ensure brand partner goals are met through thoughtful media planning and execution. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in retail media sales, ad tech sales, and/or marketing, preferably in a brand partner-facing role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and retail media concepts
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
