To learn more about our company, please visit our website; https://www.trulieve.com The Wholesale Account Executive is responsible for managing and developing new and existing wholesale and key account customers within their respective territory. This role supports the company’s goals utilizing professional sales techniques and unmatched customer service to promote quality relations with existing and new customers. Shares what is needed to deliver planned results and delivers against established business targets.

Responsibilities

  • Calling on cannabis wholesale customers to give successful presentations for decision making buyers that result in the sales of cannabis products
  • Grow sales by working directly with wholesale customers to identify needs and provide full scope business solutions
  • Effectively plan on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis to achieve sales goals
  • Increase product placements and open new accounts
  • Improving the marketability of products through shelf management, display position and price point management
  • Planning and executing a daily schedule of sales calls via a pre-determined account list
  • Conduct reviews of sales activities and effectiveness to identify and solve performances gaps ensuring delivery of sales goals
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive strategy and ensure compliance by wholesale retail partners
  • Maintain awareness of company’s competitive position, market/ industry trends and changing business environment
  • Utilize reporting tools to communicate progress against established sales goals
  • Represent/ participate in trade, community, and in-store events
  • Follow through on issues deemed important to management and customers

  • Must have excellent analytical ability, including problem solving and conceptual thinking
  • Solid financial acumen. Ability to comprehend basic financial reports and Profit & Loss Statements
  • Flexible. The ability to embrace, adapt and thrive with change
  • Computer literate and tech savvy. CRM experience a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Commitment to high standards and living the company values
  • Bachelor’s degree, four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years of cannabis experience or commensurate experience in an emerging industry
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record
  • Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check and drug screening
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties
