Job Summary


We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks


  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)


  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services


  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence


  • Assist HR with attendance, leave records, onboarding documentation.


  • Support finance team with bill tracking, invoices, and expense records
