About the Role:

We are looking for a result-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing, scaling, and optimizing our affiliate network. The ideal candidate should have experience in building and nurturing affiliate partnerships within the NBFC/Fintech domain, with a strong focus on generating quality traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and grow the affiliate marketing channel to drive traffic, quality leads, and disbursements.

Onboard, negotiate, and manage relationships with affiliates, publishers, aggregators, and third-party networks.

Collaborate with affiliate partners to optimize campaigns, improve lead quality, and maximize ROI.

Track, analyze, and report affiliate performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.

Ensure affiliate activities comply with NBFC/Regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Work closely with the performance marketing team to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.

Identify new partnership opportunities, innovative growth hacks, and emerging affiliate platforms.

Manage affiliate payouts, contracts, and timely settlements.

Key Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Affiliate/Partnership Marketing, preferably in NBFCs, Banks, or Fintech.

Strong network of affiliates, publishers, and traffic sources in the loan/finance space.

Proven track record of driving traffic and leads through affiliate channels.

Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics – CPC, CPL, CPA, ROI.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.

Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms & fraud control mechanisms.
