Position Overview

We’re hiring motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our remote team as AI Solutions Specialists.
In this role, you’ll identify business pain points, discuss automation opportunities, and schedule developer consultations to build custom AI systems for each client.

You are not responsible for coding or setup — your focus is discovery, communication, and helping business owners understand the value of automation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to U.S. businesses via phone, social media, or email.
  • Discuss day-to-day operations to uncover bottlenecks (missed calls, manual data entry, etc.).
  • Match each prospect with the right Flow Scale AI solution.
  • Schedule developer calls or demos for qualified leads.
  • Log leads and follow-ups using Google Sheets or the provided CRM.
  • Submit a brief weekly call summary to management.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and professional phone presence.
  • Strong interest in sales, business automation, or AI technology.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and organized.
  • Access to a computer, phone, and internet connection.
  • U.S.-based only; 18 years or older.

Compensation & Structure

  • Independent Contractor (1099).
  • Commission-only pay (10 % per closed sale).

Job Type: Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 2 – 40 per week
