Supports billing operations by building, executing, and testing commercial events including product, rate, pricing, and messaging changes, and by managing change requests in accordance with governance requirements.<br />Additionally, this role performs telecom invoice validation and cost analysis, ensuring accurate vendor billing, reconciling carrier charges, identifying cost‑saving opportunities, and supporting financial accountability across carrier relationships. Partners cross‑functionally to resolve system or data issues, maintain billing and cost integrity, and ensure accurate vendor payment processes.
