<strong>About The Job<br><br></strong>Manage and support resources to <strong>grow Danone North America’s Plant-Based Beverages, Creamers, RTD Coffee and Whiteners businesses at Walmart</strong>. Support the execution of customer/category plans to deliver goals and achieve net sales and POS sales growth targets. Strive to be a great team member and a pillar of support.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Collaborate with the Director responsible for the Beverages BU by supporting the creation and execution of customer plans with high integrity. </li><li>Build strong and reliable relationships with internal stakeholders to meet the needs of the business in a timely manner. </li><li>Monitor and suggest actions to improve the business through reporting</li><li>Manage new item set-up and maintain item catalogues in Walmart’s internal systems</li><ul><li>Support the team (customer planning and customer team) in developing the annual sales plan/budget, category strategy, and distribution plan. </li><li>Participate with sales team and internal teams on multi-year business planning process to inform customer plan</li><li>Provide ad-hoc reports and presentations for sales leadership (e.g., visits from corporate Danone, in-market reviews, etc.)</li><li>Provide insights to Category Commercial and other cross-functional teams to create clear, cohesive business growth strategy</li><li>Build and maintain strong Danone culture and strive to demonstrate Danone’s Leadership Behaviors in your role. </li><li>We have a flexible work environment that blends office and remote work. We aim to be present in the Arkansas Hub office to promote a strong team bond and learn from each other. This is best achieved if we all aim to work in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week. The office is open 5 days a week and you can choose the days that work best for you. <br></li></ul></ul>The salary range for this position is $60,000 – $65,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
