Role Summary Anthropologie is looking for a Temporary Social Content Associate Manager that will be focused on Anthropologie Home and Weddings. The Social Content Associate Manager is responsible for concepting and developing social-first content with a focus on TikTok and Instagram, owning the Commissioned Creator program and assisting in content storytelling to drive brand awareness and brand engagement through a social-first lens for Anthropologie Home and Weddings' organic social channels. Within this role, we're seeking a candidate who will champion and celebrate brand creative and has a passion for social trends, creator and influencer content, social strategy, and setting and achieving goals. You will be an integral part of the Social Media Content team working and partnering closely with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Copy, and Merchandising to ensure content is aligned with Anthropologie's brand standards and marketing priorities, while remaining relevant to social media best practices. This will be a 6 month assignment with potential to become full-time. Role Responsibilities * Lead execution and development of Commissioned Creator program across Anthropologie Home & Weddings from creating timelines, leading outreach, negotiations, agreements, product ordering, invoice submissions, and agency management. * Lead Commissioned Creator casting and creative briefs in partnership with Creative, Styling, and Merchandising teams. * Manage and organize Commissioned Creator and Social assets, leading communication for Operational and Paid Social Team needs. * Concept, shoot, and edit video content for Anthropologie Home and Weddings' TikTok channels, staying abreast on the latest trends. * Assist in concepting social-first content ideas for the Anthropologie Group accounts with a focus on trends and product priorities (IG In feed, IG Stories, TikTok). * Assist in reporting on Commissioned Creator and Social content analytics quarterly. * Help maintain monthly Content budget, aligning with financial processes. * Support Senior Manager with weekly Instagram in-feed cadence for the Anthropologie Home & Weddings channels, keeping track of weekly changes, asset tracking, and content stacking in partnership with Merchandising and Creative Teams. * Assist Senior Manager in creation of one-pagers, marketing briefs, brand decks, and other requested documents and reports as needed. * Research new Commissioned Creator talent, creative execution, and social first trends weekly. * Research and concept content ideas, platform trends, and competitor insights weekly. * Oversee weekly Instagram UGC process across Anthropologie Group channels and identify reposting opportunities. * Assist with event coverage and social content creation as needed (IG Story coverage, short-form video). * Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the brand's product, creative standards, customer and policies. Role Qualifications * 3-5 years working in a social media role for a major brand or agency. * A positive and high energy individual. * Experience working in a professional manner with influencers, content creators, or external contractors via written communication. * Deep understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. * Deep understanding of the Anthropologie creative and brand standards, fashion landscape, and influencer market. * Attention to detail and proven time management and organization skills. * Extremely well organized, methodical, and efficient. * Innovative and excited to bring ideas to the table. * Self-motivated and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously * Awareness of developments and trends in social media and influencer space * Team player and collaborator who maintains composure in high pressure and fast-paced situations * High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently * Experience in videography, photography (iPhone and/or digital), and content editing a plus! #Anthropologie #LI-EC1 The Perks URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
