Develop and maintain virtual health and clinical communications applications, ensuring they meet the organization's standards and requirements. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions and minimizing downtime. Ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy standards in all technology solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology, and make recommendations for implementing new systems or upgrades. Train and support end-users in utilizing virtual health and clinical communications applications. Create and maintain documentation for all technology solutions and processes. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely completion of projects and effective collaboration. Participate in testing and quality assurance of new technology implementations. Continuously evaluate and improve existing technology solutions to enhance patient outcomes and overall healthcare delivery.
