Area Manager-Cavite

The Area Manager for SariLotto is responsible for driving sales performance, managing distributor and DSS relationships, and ensuring smooth operational execution within the assigned territory. This role oversees sales agents, Regional Distributors (RD), and DSS partners to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous sales growth. The Area Manager is expected to identify performance gaps, implement corrective actions, maintain regulatory and policy adherence, and support field operations. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and operational discipline are essential for success in this role.

Job Description

1. Sales Performance

  • Achieve the monthly sales target as determined by management.
  • Ensure that the percentage of active agents meeting their individual sales targets each month is achieved.
  • Increase total sales revenue in the assigned area as set by the management.

2. Account Management (Regional Distributor)

  • Achievement of activation targets set for Regional Distributor.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with lotto regulatory requirements.
  • Sufficient inventory levels maintained at all times.
  • Timely and complete end-to-end fulfillment (from ordering to delivery).
  • Conduct formal Monthly Performance Reviews with RD partners to:
  • Evaluate performance against KPIs
  • Identify operational issues and action plans
  • Align on goals for the upcoming period
  • Align on upcoming targets and priorities

3. DSS Management

  • Achieve the monthly activation and sales targets assigned to DSS’s Provincial Distributor.
  • Ensure 100% DSS compliance with daily reporting requirements (sales, agent visits, issue logs).
  • Conduct monthly coaching or performance reviews with each DSS.
  • Identify and close DSS performance gaps through mentoring or corrective action plans.
  • Ensure DSS implements field rollout activities (e.g., branding, POS deployment, agent training).
  • Ensure DSS adheres to operational timelines and field visit schedules.
  • Submit DSS performance summaries to Regional Manager within deadline

4. Operational Efficiency

  • Conduct the required number of field visits per month to monitor agent performance and address concerns, as determined by management.
  • Ensure resolution of agent operational issues within the agreeed SLA.
  • Implement strategies to improve agent retention, maintaining at least the 20% of the total onboarded agents.

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Submit timely reports to Regional Manager on recruitment, performance, and operational issues.
  • Ensure agents comply with company policies, gaming regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Ensure DSS comply with internal policies and procedures

6. Other Responsibilities

  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
