HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

  • Drive Product Strategy & Vision: Lead the product lifecycle from insight to execution. Translate deep market research and client/advisor insights into a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with our strategic goals.
  • Champion User-Centric Design: Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure high-quality, intuitive user experiences. Define and develop seamless customer journeys that delight our users.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central connector, partnering seamlessly with Advisors, Technology, Design, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
  • Data-Driven Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Leverage robust analysis, user research, and experimentation to inform product decisions, identify new opportunities, and solve complex problems.
  • Agile Execution & Delivery: Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and articulate clear, concise requirements to development teams. Manage project execution from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and communicate compelling product roadmaps, represent the Product Team in key client engagements, and build strong consensus across diverse stakeholders.
  • Business Impact & Growth: Drive ROI-driven business cases, stay ahead of industry trends, and integrate innovative concepts into our product offerings to ensure we remain best-in-class.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven Product Management experience in a fast-paced, agile product development environment, ideally launching major new products in a commercial setting.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of financial services.
  • Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extrapolate complex business needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to build consensus, collaborate effectively, and negotiate across a broad range of stakeholders.
  • User-Centric Passion: A genuine passion for solving customer problems and delivering intuitive, user-centric designed product experiences.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and attention to detail.
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of product marketing concepts.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this Albany, New York, United States-based position is $60,000 - $100,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
