To assist the Manager in driving company revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and the execution of effective marketing initiatives. This role focuses on identifying market opportunities, managing digital campaigns, and analyzing performance to ensure business objectives in the Malaysian property sector are met

Responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Sales Strategy Assist in identifying new revenue streams by mapping the Ideal Customer Profile and analyzing market gaps to drive growth. You will focus on building long-term professional relationships through networking and managing the Customer Relationship Management system to track the sales pipeline. Additionally, you will support the negotiation of prices and terms to ensure deals are closed profitably.
  2. Marketing Strategy & Execution Support the planning of annual budgets and the execution of Search Engine Optimization and Pay Per Click or Search Engine Marketing campaigns to improve online visibility. Responsibilities include managing the content calendar, coordinating logistics for product launches or events, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  3. Market Research & Analysis Conduct regular competitor analysis and track key performance metrics such as Return on Investment, Marketing Qualified Leads, and Sales Qualified Leads. You will be responsible for producing data-driven reports for senior leadership to explain market trends and provide recommendations for budget allocation.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or marketing within the property development, construction, or real estate sectors.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Malaysian property market, including local regulations and market trends.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms.
