Supports the clinical activities of PCHP Utilization Management, Quality Management, Clinical Policy, Technology Assessment, Credentialing, Population Health and Fraud, Waste and Abuse Functions to assure comprehensive, high quality health care to plan members in accordance with managed care and PCHP policies.
