Job Description NOTE: This is a full-time role with a June 2026 start date Key Responsibilities Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by: • Serve as key member of project teams conducting primary and secondary research, performing quantitative & qualitative analysis to generate insights against the client objective. • Support in the structure & development of client deliverables in PowerPoint and/or Excel format including integrating analysis and telling the story in a clear, effective manner. • Attend client meetings and present key elements where applicable. • Collaborate with team members to identify trends, draw conclusions, develop insights and transform those insights into actionable recommendations for the client. • Interview client’s customers, competitors, suppliers, etc. as this work will become the basis of the case team’s strategic recommendations. • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. • All other duties as assigned. • Physical/Mental Demands And Working Environment The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands. Expectations Of The Job • Travel: Some travel may be required for meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management • Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Qualifications MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required. • Bachelor's degree required (e.g., Public Health, Economics, Business or life science related) • Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably focused on life science consulting or related field. • Possess a learning mindset; able to learn quickly and demonstrate a passion for learning. • Strong research & analytical skills, ability to conceptualize analysis into processes and frameworks. • Proficiency in arenaflex Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to multi-task & deliver high quality outputs under time pressured deadlines. • Preferred Qualifications • Advanced degree (e.g., MS/PhD in Biosciences, MBA) • At least 6 months of experience within a life science consultancy, with experience working on multiple projects and handling associate / analyst-level responsibilities • A strong passion for—and understanding of dynamics and issues in—the pharma and biotech industries • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Strong experience in Excel models and PowerPoint. • Additional Information OUR CULTURAL BELIEFS Patient Minded I act with the patient’s best interest in mind. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The compensation range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position and includes billable hours commission. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative arenaflex of living).
