Integrated Strategies Group (ISG) The Integrated Strategies Group has a flexible investment mandate and invests across the public and private asset markets as well as across the capital structure (including structured investments).
ISG is focused on:

  • Family & Entrepreneur Solutions – Direct minority equity investments in family-controlled and founder-led businesses to finance acquisitions, support growth plans, provide liquidity, or replace existing shareholders.
  • Corporate Solutions – Long-term investments in publicly listed corporates such as transformational acquisition financing, PIPEs, and subsidiary-level stakes.
  • Alternative Partners – Partnerships with investors not directly addressed by other teams within GIC such as family offices, fund-less sponsors, and funds focused on a specific niche.
  • Financing Solutions – Flexible solutions to finance assets such as intellectual property, royalty streams, aircraft fleets, tax receivables, and US mid-market buyouts.

We are looking for a suitable candidate to join the Integrated Strategies Group in London.
This role is a three-year contract as part of our Associate programme.
What will you do as an Associate?
  • Supporting the team in targeted direct origination by region
  • Deal evaluation and execution, including financial analysis, modelling, valuation, due diligence, and meetings with management teams
  • Drafting and presentation of memoranda for the investment committee
  • Assisting the team with legal documentation and structuring
  • Portfolio monitoring

  • Relevant work experience within Investment Banking
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in evaluating opportunities across the capital structure
  • Collaborative and flexible approach to teamwork
  • Fluency in another European language is advantageous
