Roles & Responsibilities

Draft, update, and maintain benefits statutory and non-statutory policies across geographies. Monitor and interpret labor laws, tax regulations, and benefits-related legislation to ensure policies remain compliant. Assess the effectiveness of current benefits programs and recommend enhancements based on employee feedback, market trends, and cost analysis. Work closely with HR, payroll, legal, and external vendors to implement and communicate policy changes. Prepare policy documents, guidelines, and FAQs. Use benefits utilization data to inform policy decisions and improve employee engagement.


Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field (Master’s preferred). Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, research, and policy-writing skills. Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration tools is a plus.
