Job Description

Demand & Supply Chain Planning

  • Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) and internal teams to manage daily logistics operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for supply chain serviceability, working closely with global supply chain partners and service providers.
  • Lead efforts to ensure continuous product supply, partnering with commercial, regulatory, 3PL, and global planning teams to proactively mitigate risks such as production or transportation delays, customs challenges, and other disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee shipping documentation.
  • Manage inventory control, annual stock counts, and disposal.
  • Perform monthly sales and inventory reconciliations.
  • Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance against KPIs.
  • Oversee monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Review and enhance operational processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and overall performance.
  • Drive demand forecasting and monthly management processes, including system uploads (JDA).
  • Track key demand and supply KPIs (e.g., stock coverage, forecast accuracy) and provide insights and root cause analysis.
  • Communicate supply constraints and possible alternatives to the sales team.
  • Lead and implement process improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to supply chain best practices to minimize business disruption and resolve operational issues.

Operations & Customer Service

  • Maintain master data for supply chain operations.
  • Manage order-to-cash cycle, MIGO transactions, goods returns, and address stakeholder complaints.
  • Support ad-hoc requests and inquiries from sales regarding supply matters.
  • Work with the sourcing supply team on shipping documents, billing, and discrepancies.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance and Regulatory functions to ensure compliance with policies and ordinances.
  • Prepare management reports.
  • Coordinate participation in internal and external audits.
  • Investigate and reconcile billing or payment discrepancies with customers and vendors.
  • Support Supply Chain & Finance teams on additional tasks, duties, or projects as assigned.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process streamlining.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in logistics, demand, and supply chain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic financial understanding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient presentation abilities
  • Experience with SAP (required) and JDA (preferred)
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Experience working within the healthcare industry
  • Willingness to travel (20–30%)
  • Experience managing supply chains in Vietnam or Indonesia is a plus
  • Self-motivated, independent, positive attitude, and a strong team player
