Associate paid internship

Singapore full-time | S$2,000 / month | 12 months

About Us

private.ventures structures private funds for family offices to consolidate wealth and deploy capital into tier-1 IT unicorns (Kraken, xAI, Cresta AI). We are currently establishing our Singapore base to scale our "Fondo di Fondi" program: a series of emerging GP funds ($3M–$20M) powered by our white-labeled financial infrastructure and captive legal powerhouse.

Securing our VCFM license is the next milestone on our roadmap. To proceed, we are required to expand our local headcount by one associate. So, here we are.

The Role

We actually don't need an associate: our enterprise is perfectly packed after two years of successful traction.
Your role will be to keep doing exactly what you're already doing
. Your startup, your research, your degree, your side-hustle — whatever. We pay you a full monthly salary to continue. No deliverables. No responsibility. You simply enjoy the corporate backing of a functioning venture infrastructure while building your own thing, as if it were an angel ticket.

  • Salary
    .
Guaranteed S$2,000 each month for 12 months. No conditions.

  • Flex Package
    .
You're part of the team, which means you're invited to everything we call "business development" — venture poker nights, liquidity racing on the Côte d'Azur, skiing expeditions to Courchevel, and whatever else but not Excel sheets.

  • Name-Dropping
    .
We don't mind you leveraging our network, our brand, or calling our projects yours where it helps.

  • ESOP Path
    .
After 12 months — if you've done something interesting and want to link your trajectory with the enterprise — we're always open to discussing a % option package and further endowments.

About You

— Based in Singapore, entitled to work full-time (non-negotiable)

— High agency (we bet on hustlers)

— Hacker mindset, interest in VC, university degree (
completed or in progress)

How to Apply

Send a message here or to .ventures. Tell us why it should be you, and we'll choose the winner in four weeks. That's the entire process.
