This position offers hands-on experience, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to real-world challenges in a fast-paced environment. As part of the internship, you will also have access to a vibrant cohort network with other interns and AT&T leaders. Our AT&T internships offer placements in functional areas, such as marketing, finance, sales, operations, and tech related roles. This internship is designed for students who want broad exposure to how a Fortune 100 company operates – from strategy and finance to operations, marketing and analytics. Interns will be aligned to a specific team within one of our core business or marketing group functions, where they’ll contribute to meaningful work and gain exposure. Priority consideration will be given to students pursuing Business and Marketing -related majors. What you’ll do: Depending on placement, interns may support work within areas, such as: Business Care & Sales Contracting/Billing Center of Excellence Data Insights Service Delivery Wireline/Wireless Center of Excellence What you’ll need: Curiosity Boldness Collaboration Resourcefulness What you’ll bring: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with strong academic standing, graduating between December 2026 and May 2027. Majoring in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Identified leadership capability – academics, athletics, or extracurricular activities. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Our Internship Program interns earn between $23.17 and $32.41 hourly. Not to mention all of the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
