At Your Service Center Associate, Flushing - Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Support all At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks
  • Help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting so every customer feels welcome
  • Welcome customers with genuine hospitality, making eye contact, and starting friendly, personal conversations that build lasting relationships
  • Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment, including By Online and Pick Up in Store
  • Be proficient in all systems needed to complete transactions, and ensure the collection area is organized
  • Help maintain a shoppable space by recovering merchandise and keeping the pickup and return areas clean
  • Ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders
  • Share our Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you
  • Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration
  • Take pride in our work, achieve sales goals and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results
