Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service / Dispatch Representative who wants more than just a job. This is an opportunity to make real money and grow with a company that’s scaling fast. We offer flexible scheduling — full-time or part-time — and care more about your reliability and professionalism than your hours on a clock.
We’re not looking for button-pushers — we’re looking for people who care, who hustle, and who want to grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of the dispatch process from posting to delivery
- Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers in real time
- Vet and assign qualified carriers while maintaining compliance standards
- Handle schedule changes, delays, and problem loads with urgency and professionalism
- Keep shipment details updated accurately throughout each order
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail auto transport brokerage or carrier dispatch
- Extensive use and knowledge of Super Dispatch and Central Dispatch
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- U.S.-based applicants only — we do not outsource or hire overseas
- Comfortable in a high-volume, transactional environment
- Self-motivated with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
