Independence Nissan of Wellesley is growing and we are hiring two full-time Automotive Lot Attendants / Porters to join our team immediately.

We stock over 270 vehicles including brand-new Nissans and high-end exotic pre-owned cars. Our porters are critical to keeping our dealership organized, professional, and guest-ready every single day.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • One scheduled weekday off
  • Saturdays required
  • Approximately 80% outdoor work year-round

Responsibilities

  • Maintain front-line vehicle display
  • Fill inventory gaps on the lot
  • Keep lot clean and organized
  • Remove trash and debris daily
  • Brush snow from vehicles during winter months
  • Move vehicles between lots (second lot located 0.5 miles away)
  • Install window stickers and CPO decals
  • Drive vehicles to service centers as needed
  • Assist Sales Managers, Used Car Manager, and Service Director
  • Support inventory flow through our Front Line Ready process

Requirements

  • Clean driving record (required)
  • Comfortable driving various vehicle types
  • Manual transmission experience preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude

  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced dealership environment
