B2B Lead Generation Partner (Healthcare / Executive-Level Outreach) Overview We are seeking a U.S.-based freelancer or small agency that specializes in B2B outbound lead generation to support an omni-channel implementation focused on generating qualified executive-level meetings for Membership Experience®. We are a highly digitally savvy organization. We are not looking for strategy decks or conceptual planning. We are looking for proven operators who excel at execution. This engagement is intended to begin immediately, with an initial campaign launch scheduled for February 16. Who We Are Targeting Our initial rollout will focus on: CEOs of healthcare trade associations Organizations with 500+ members High-value, relationship-driven executive outreach (not transactional sales) Scope of Work We are evaluating partners across three outbound lead generation channels and strongly prefer a turnkey solution across all of them. 1. LinkedIn Outreach (Relationship-Driven) Modern, next-generation LinkedIn outreach Leveraging Nicholas Webb’s profile (18,000+ connections) Messaging must feel peer-to-peer, not sales-driven Focused on meeting generation, credibility, and trust Experience working with industry authorities or thought leaders is a strong plus 2. Turnkey Outbound Email Program This must be fully managed by the vendor and include: Database development and list building Email infrastructure setup and ownership Email server management Deliverability management Campaign execution and reporting Our internal team will engage only after a prospect has expressed interest in scheduling a meeting. 3. Outbound Appointment Setting (Phone) U.S.-based, English-first team Proven experience with executive-level B2B appointment setting Comfortable engaging senior healthcare leaders Quality conversations, not volume dialing What We’re Looking For: U.S.-based freelancer or small agency Strong preference for turnkey ownership (we do not want to manage tools, platforms, or infrastructure) No punitive setup fees No long-term contractual lock-in Proven experience with executive-level B2B campaigns Healthcare or complex B2B experience strongly preferred Lean, capable teams not bloated agencies We move quickly, we know what we want, and we value partners who do the same.
