Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive to manage internal operations, data handling, coordination, and backend process support. The ideal candidate should be efficient in handling documentation, reporting, and supporting different departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company databases and records accurately.
  • Handle client data entry, documentation, and backend processing work.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Accounts teams for smooth execution of tasks.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Ensure proper follow-ups on assigned tasks and internal processes.
  • Maintain confidential company data securely.
  • Assist in operational and administrative support activities.
  • Monitor CRM updates and backend dashboards regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with CRM software.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or sales processes (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in backend operations, data management, or administrative roles. Freshers can also apply.

Salary:
As per company standards (Based on experience and performance).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
