Backend Executive

Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth communication between clients, dealers, and internal teams, and supporting overall business processes efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client and dealer communication via email, phone calls, and other digital platforms with professional and fluent English.
  • Manage order processing including order entry, tracking, and follow-up until delivery.
  • Coordinate with finance team to ensure timely payments and maintain accurate payment records.
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and reports using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Monitor and follow up on pending tasks, customer queries, and payment reminders to ensure timely closure.
  • Assist in resolving client and dealer issues by liaising with relevant departments.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on order status, payments, and client communication.
  • Support the sales and procurement teams by providing administrative assistance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Continuously improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and other administrative duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a back office or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Customer-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of order management, invoicing, and payment tracking.
  • Problem-solving ability and proactive approach to work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
