Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of beauty and spa treatments, including but not limited to facials (deep cleansing, anti-aging, hydrating), body massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone), waxing (full body, facial), manicures, pedicures, and basic makeup application.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, discuss desired outcomes, and recommend personalized treatment plans and suitable retail products.
- Maintain immaculate hygiene and sanitation standards for all treatment areas, tools, and equipment, strictly adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage client appointments efficiently, maintain accurate client records, and handle payments as required.
