Clean Recovery Centers expanding. We are searching for qualified, ethical, and passionate Technicians to assist clients through their substance abuse treatment. They will maintain continuous interaction with clients during their shifts and have a strong understanding of individual treatment plans and the ability to observe, document, and report client behavior. They will also ensure a safe, supportive environment for the clients at all times. Ideal candidates will possess a deep desire to help all clients in their transitions through the stages of care and consistently maintain a compassionate, nonjudgmental outlook that will promote effective treatment and ease clients through the duration of their stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to provide supplemental care that creates added benefits to their already established treatment plans
  • Record notes of each clients progress throughout the rehabilitation process and alert supervisor if any regression in the program is occurring
  • Facilitate client interactions to ensure encounters are appropriate and maintain an inclusive nature to create a “family” like living environment
  • Report to immediate supervisor if any issues of aggression or possibility of a client’s early departure arises
  • Facilitate the transportation of clients to and from the recovery center, meetings, appointments utilizing company vehicles
  • Ensure all clients are following their daily schedules and all needs are accounted for to mitigate any delays in treatment
  • Technicians may observe or record patient medications
  • Perform thorough house and facility checks

Qualifications:

  • Practical experience in the substance abuse rehabilitation industry
  • Knowledge of substance abuse
  • Must have valid and clean driver’s license
  • Must possess a Level 2 Background Check or have the ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check and Drug Screen
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
