About the position

Bilingual Social Media Agent - Remote Earn \$17 per hour (This includes an hourly base rate of \$16.00 and a bilingual differential of \$1.00 an hour) + bonus. Candidates must live in Texas to be eligible. What will I do as a Remote Customer Service Representative? Are you bilingual and have a passion for engaging with customers through modern social media channels? Join our team as a Bilingual Social Media Agent, playing a vital role in supporting our customers, solving their issues, and upselling products and services that meet their needs. While this is primarily a social-media based role, there will be occasions when reaching out to your customers via phone is necessary to ensure they receive the best possible support and solutions. You will represent one of the nation's largest brands handling inbound inquiries via online social media platforms, providing solutions, and identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services. Key Role Responsibilities Deliver world-class customer service by responding to inbound calls; providing product knowledge, troubleshooting issues, resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency; and identifying sales opportunities to proactively offer solutions that meet customer needs. Process orders, update customer accounts, and ensure accurate records in internal systems. Multitask effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems.
