Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Puller to join our team. This role involves delivering goods efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and supporting warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial driving, warehouse work, and equipment operation, including forklifts and pallet jacks. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism.

This is a Contractor role.

Duties

Our job has two (2) primary duties: Box Truck Delivery Driver & Warehouse Puller.

  • Safely operate box trucks for local deliveries, route driving, and load & unload activities
  • Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques
  • Assist in pulling orders from the warehouse to prepare for delivery or shipment
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers while providing excellent customer service
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
  • Support warehouse organization by moving inventory as needed
  • Follow all traffic laws and company policies during route driving and deliveries
  • Assist with heavy lifting tasks and manual moving of products within the warehouse

Experience

  • Prior experience as a delivery driver, preferably with box trucks or similar vehicles
  • Warehouse experience including order pulling, inventory management, or material handling
  • Commercial driving experience with a valid driver’s license suitable for box trucks or similar vehicles
  • Familiarity with forklift operation, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely and efficiently
  • Experience with route driving, load & unload procedures, and adherence to safety standards is highly desirable
  • Maintain good work habits, including reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties will be required as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Dependable individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and professionalism at all times.

  • Drug Free
  • Able to legally drive in the State of California
  • Must have knowledge of state driving laws
  • Must have a clean driving record (no at fault accidents)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour
