The Oregon Department of Justice (DOJ) is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Legal Tools Program—a multi-year modernization initiative replacing outdated case management, timekeeping, and billing systems with a modern, integrated platform. This is not a back-office role. What You’ll Do Gather and Document Requirements: Conduct interviews, interpret responses, and document business and operational processes. Analyze and Redesign Processes: Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to identify gaps and design workflow-driven solutions.
