Descripción:

El Carrero/ “Merchandiser” será responsable de realizar las entregas de productos de la empresa en los puntos de venta asignados (establecimientos) alrededor de la isla, asegurando el abastecimiento y el posicionamiento adecuados de los productos en los estantes, siguiendo las pautas y estándares de la compañía. Además, garantizará un servicio al cliente excepcional, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de las metas comerciales y al fortalecimiento de la relación con los clientes.

Requisitos:

  • Preparación Académica: Diploma de escuela superior o equivalente. Preferiblemente estudios técnicos o universitarios en áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo de un (1) año de experiencia en posiciones similares (distribución, ventas, servicio al cliente, “merchandising”).
  • Conocimientos adicionales: Conocimiento básico de operaciones logísticas y ventas. Familiaridad con las leyes de tránsito de Puerto Rico y licencia conducir vigente expedida por la autoridad competente de Puerto Rico.
  • Habilidades:

Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con los plazos establecidos.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.

Actitud proactiva y disposición para aprender.

  • Certificado de nacimiento, certificado de antecedentes penales, certificación ASUME y licencia de conducir vigente.
