Chat GPT WORKSPACE Expert needed


Overview:


We're looking for a ChatGPT Team Workspace expert to help cleanly organize and optimize multiple OpenAI workspaces across three brands and one personal account.

You'll help us rename, structure, and connect the right integrations (Gmail + Google Contacts) for each division — ensuring everything runs smoothly and independently.


Scope of Work:

Rename and reconfigure four ChatGPT workspaces:
a. Gianluca Malacrino's Workspace → The Contractor Consultants (recruiting & operations division)
b. The Contractor Consultants → Chameleon Effect (film division, Bravado)
c. Malacrino's Sauces → new workspace setup (food brand)
d. Personal Account → remains separate for private use
Ensure the Chameleon Effect workspace is fully functional for our film division (Bravado).

Set up and test integrations for:
a. Gmail
b. Google Contact
Export and reimport key custom GPTs and saved workflows between workspaces.
Assign roles and permissions for core members, shared tools, no access to private data.
Verify everything works seamlessly in both ChatGPT Atlas and ChatGPT web.


Requirements:
Proven experience setting up ChatGPT Team or Enterprise workspaces.
Confident with Gmail and Google Contacts integration in OpenAI.
Strong understanding of permission management and multi-workspace structure.
Able to complete the migration live via Zoom (screen share).
Organized, detail-oriented, and fast — clarity over complexity.


Deliverables:
Four properly named and organized workspaces (TCC, Chameleon Effect, Malacrino's Sauces, Personal).
Gmail + Google Contacts fully connected and tested in the right workspaces.
Correct roles and permissions assigned for each team.
Correct knowledge for each workspace mapped out from current one (that houses all).
Written "Workspace Map + Maintenance Checklist" for internal reference.
