Chat Support Representative REMOTE

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat channels, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be a key point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate information and support.
