Job Description  Designation: Client Growth Specialist [Outstation] Department: Sales & Business Development (B2C) Location: Karnataka – Upcountry (Extensive travel outside Bangalore) Reporting To: Sales Manager / Asst Manager   Job SummaryThe Client Growth Specialist [Outstation] will be responsible for travelling across Karnataka (outside Bangalore) to meet and convert company-generated B2C leads. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong communication, convincing ability, and technical expertise to drive closures. The candidate must be comfortable with frequent travel and direct customer interactions. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Conversion & Sales Closure·      Travel to assigned upcountry locations across Karnataka to meet prospective customers. ·      Engage with company-provided B2C leads and convert them into successful sales. ·      Conduct in-person product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations. ·      Handle negotiations confidently and close deals independently. ·      Ensure timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management. Client Engagement & Relationship Management·      Build trust and strong rapport with customers through professional communication. ·      Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions. ·      Address objections and provide clear technical explanations. ·      Maintain a customer-first approach to enhance satisfaction and referrals. Technical Consultation·      Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products/services. ·      Provide technical clarity to customers to support informed decision-making. ·      Explain features, benefits, pricing structure, and implementation process. Territory & Travel Management·      Plan and manage extensive travel across Karnataka (outside Bangalore). ·      Optimize travel schedules for effective lead coverage and productivity. ·      Submit daily/weekly visit reports and sales updates. Internal Coordination·      Coordinate with backend, operations, and support teams for smooth order processing. ·      Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication of closures. ·      Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, and conversions.   Candidate Profile·      Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Technical background preferred). ·      2–5 years of experience in field sales / B2C sales. ·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ·      Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities. ·      Sound technical understanding and presentation skills. ·      Willingness to travel extensively across upcountry Karnataka. ·      Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident personality.
