Client Success Consultant – Assistant Solutions

Job Description:

  • Serve as the liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful service delivery aligned with client needs
  • Communicate, present, and influence effectively and credibly at all organizational levels, including executive and C-suite stakeholders
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and priorities to provide strategic guidance and support
  • Envision the long-term potential of client/contractor relationships by consistently adding value and upselling BELAY solutions
  • Provide consulting on best practices, tips, and efficiency strategies to optimize virtual engagements
  • Develop action plans with clients and contractors, track implementation, and follow up to ensure exceptional experience
  • Maintain current job knowledge through ongoing education, professional reading, networking, and participation in industry organizations
  • Collaborate with relevant parties to ensure smooth transitions regarding contract modifications and terminations
  • Manage conflict with effective problem solving and strong emotional intelligence
  • Maintain proficiency and ensure timely updates in cloud-based CRM systems, ensuring daily activity, reporting, and deal status are current
  • Thoughtfully match contractors with clients to foster successful, long-term relationships
  • Ensure accurate documentation and communication across platforms including Google Workspace and CRM
  • Conduct routine account reviews with the Client Relations Manager to proactively identify sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • MUST RESIDE IN THE ATLANTA, GA AREA
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident presence
  • Responsiveness and professionalism
  • Driven, relational, and intuitive with experience in client-facing roles
  • Able to apply sound judgment to plan and achieve goals while managing multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using video and phone calls as primary communication methods
  • Demonstrated proficiency with technology and tools essential for remote work
  • Ability to maintain a dedicated, distraction-free home office for standard Monday-Friday business hours
