This person will focus on client support, acting as the first point of contact for customer requests and queries.


A Day in the Life

Adding, editing and removing user accounts from Affinitext libraries Resetting lost/forgotten/locked user accounts Responding to customer requests via email and live (text) chat Use of template responses to ensure standardized style and tone Data input and other administrative functions Contribute to growing a small dynamic team into a global brand


What You Will Bring To The Role

0-1 year of experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science/commerce Strong written and verbal English communication skills, customer service etiquette, ability to manage multiple queries efficiently Basic computer application proficiency (MS Office, web-based tools) Adaptability and result-driven
