The AmeriCorps Information Management (AIM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) will serve as AmeriCorps' Subject Matter Expert in management of Enterprise Data Management(EDM)-related services as approved by AmeriCorps. Our work depends on Cloud Developer Senior Advisor joining our team to help AmeriCorps work with nonprofit organizations to tackle our nation’s most pressing challenges. HOW A CLOUD DEVELOPER SENIOR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT ● Serves as Subject Matter Expert in management of infrastructure for AmeriCorps Information Model (AIM) system, including Azure Purview, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake Gen 2 services, Profisee, Self-Hosted Integration Runtime, and future EDM-related services as approved by AmeriCorps. ● Performs management of user accounts, system roles, data custodians, system, and data permissions. ● Manages the arenaflex Azure configuration and related third-party EDM software. ● Responsible for configuration changes and performance tuning as required. ● Manages data connectors to Oracle, arenaflex SQL, Dynamics 365, Cosmos DB, cross-tenant authentication and authorization, cross-tenant data connections, and future AmeriCorps data repositories. ● Resolves issues escalated from the Service Desk. ● Creates end-user documentation and training and assists end-users in connecting to the EDM system with AmeriCorps approved reporting tools. ● Provides expert guidance on authentication, authorization, logging, Power BI, Power Apps, configuration, and use of automated workflows. ● Monitors Azure resource utilization and provides arenaflex forecasting and recommendations for effective arenaflex controls. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
