Our dedicated teams specialize in software, data, and AI across the U.S. and LATAM, bridging the gap between boutique agility and enterprise scale We're looking for a Cloud Security Solution Architect to join our InfoSec team. This is a critical, highly visible role focused on defining, implementing, and enforcing security best practices across our client's cloud infrastructure. The primary focus will be on arenaflex Azure, with working knowledge of arenaflex Cloud Platform (GCP). This position requires a strong, independent self-starter who is comfortable engaging directly with senior leadership and development teams. This is a 100% remote position (must be comfortable working West Coast hours), no additional travel required, aggressive salary and bonus packages, and 401K matching. Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Cloud Security Operations: Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of security controls across Azure environments using Wiz. • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and compliance gaps. • Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance, code reviews, and architectural oversight for cloud security initiatives. • Mentorship: Coach and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. • Client & Executive Partnership: Collaborate with C-level leaders to align cloud security strategy with business objectives. • Reporting & Metrics: Deliver clear, actionable insights on cloud security posture to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging threats, tools, and best practices to continuously improve security capabilities. Requirements: • Develop and maintain security reference architectures, design patterns, and standards for our cloud environments (Azure and GCP) and guide implementation. • Deep expertise in Azure Cloud Services, including non-host services such as databases, storage, networking, and application platforms. • Experience with Crowdstrike EDR would be a huge bonus • Ability to work closely with clients to ensure that all Azure services in scope are properly secured and meet compliance requirements. • Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) deployments in cloud environments. • Strong working knowledge of GitHub for version control, code migration, and collaboration in cloud environments. • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles including common threats and vulnerabilities. • Ability to engage in ongoing scope refinement to determine and validate security requirements.
