We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Cold Caller Executive to join our remote sales team in Singapore.

Job Summary

The Cold Caller Executive will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound calls, introducing Fieldrobo software solutions to potential clients, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 80–120 outbound cold calls per day to prospective clients
  • Introduce Fieldrobo software and explain key benefits clearly
  • Identify decision-makers (Directors, Managers, Business Owners)
  • Qualify leads based on company requirements
  • Schedule product demo appointments for the Business Development team
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately
  • Follow up with prospects via calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements

  • Immediate candidate preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Cold Calling / Telemarketing / Inside Sales
  • Experience in SaaS or software sales is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
  • Ability to work independently in a WFH setup
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
