The Role: We are seeking College Admissions Counselors who are passionate about education and mentorship. In this role, you will provide individualized guidance to students and families throughout the admissions process — from building strategic college lists, to crafting standout applications, to advising on extracurricular and academic development. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping students gain admission into top universities. As a College Counselor, you will be expected to: • Guide students in creating strong, balanced college lists tailored to their interests, strengths, and goals. • Advise on academic planning, extracurricular pursuits, and summer opportunities to strengthen student profiles. • Provide strategic support in application planning, including timelines, essays, and supplemental materials. • Conduct mock interviews and prepare students for admissions conversations. • Stay up to date on admissions trends, university requirements, and best practices. • Collaborate with other internal team members to ensure student success.
