Our vision is to be the leading ship owner and operator in dry bulk shipping, and the first-choice partner for customers and other stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS</strong></p><p><br></p><p>As part of our commitment to fostering talent and developing future leaders, we offer a structured two-year Commercial Graduate Trainee Programme designed to provide recent graduates with in-depth, practical, hands-on experience across various departments within our fully integrated organisation.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Rotational Training:</strong> Over 24 months, trainees will rotate through <strong>Commercial</strong> <strong>Operations, Chartering, Bunkers</strong> and <strong>Commercial Claims</strong> roles, gaining exposure to the key functions of the business. Trainees will also spend time in all other departments of a fully integrated shipowner, such as Technical, Sustainability, Finance and Investor Relations to gain a holistic view of the company and industry.</li><li><strong>Evaluation and Placement:</strong> Throughout the programme, the trainees’ performance, development, and overall fit will be assessed regularly.
