We are now accepting applications for a Commercial Lending Assistant to join our team. Position location is remote. Selected candidate must live within the state of Nevada.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for coordinating documentation requests for corporate loans with Corporate Relationship Managers Corporate Assistant Relationship Officers and Commercial Loan Servicing Clearing financial reporting exceptions.
  • Provide quality control for the Corporate Banking Group.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School degree or Equivalent and 2 years of loan processing documentation or directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
  • Proficient knowledge of commercial loan documentation processes loan principles and loan systems.
  • Must have solid organizational and customer service skills.
  • Solid research audit and communications skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to complete processes and meet deadlines.
  • Solid problem resolution skills.
  • Proficient working knowledge computer programs i.e. word processing spreadsheets or related software.
  • College degree preferred.
