Communications Specialist – Poppulo

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to manage internal communications for our internal sales engagement platform. This role involves overseeing the deployment, measurement and impact of messages, and optimizing communications that support sales readiness, commercial growth, and organizational priorities. You will serve as the Workfront point of contact for marketing communication requests and ensure timely delivery of monthly newsletters, general announcements, test changes, events and webinar communications. Key Responsibilities Lead end to end deployment of internal communications via Poppulo—staging, testing, reviewing, and optimizing content. Manage and maintain the internal communications content calendar and marketing distribution lists. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to review and approve communications, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Support operational processes that streamline marketing-led communications and harmonize tracking. Measure and report on communication and campaign performance, applying insights to improve engagement. Centralize deployed communications in SMC Alliance Hub and support Sales Intel measurement for both marketing and sales activities. Resolve platform related issues to ensure accurate and timely message delivery. Gather content from cross-functional partners and ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with business goals. Participate in recurring stakeholder meetings to provide status updates, recommendations, and performance insights. Use industry trends, competitive analysis, and data insights to enhance communication effectiveness. Qualifications Required: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, marketing automation, or sales enablement with bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant fields of communications, marketing or business administration. Experience with Poppulo or similar marketing automation platforms, CRMs and project management tools (Salesforce, Eloqua, Workfront). Strong communication, interpersonal, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent copywriting and editing skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality execution. Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
