Compensation Analyst, Senior The Opportunity: Serve as a subject matter expert in compensation analysis and administration, assisting in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of domestic and international compensation programs and policies that ensure both market competitiveness and regulatory compliance. Lead market pricing and benchmarking efforts, maintain and update salary structures, and oversee the administration of annual compensation processes. Leverage strong analytical capabilities to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for competitive analyses, job profile grade assignments, and geographic pay differentials. Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the design and execution of sales compensation programs, ensuring adherence to Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA )and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. Employ advanced analytical expertise and proficiency with technology tools to model data, streamline processes, and deliver precise, timely compensation solutions. Participate in compensation surveys and conduct market pricing and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices. Continuously monitor and analyze compensation market trends using both established survey sources and real-time data platforms to ensure timely, competitive pay insights. Maintain and administer salary structures and geographic differentials, including updates and alignment with external market trends. Manage job profile grade assignments and changes in alignment with organizational frameworks. Conducts competitive assessments by analyzing internal pay data against external market trends to evaluate pay positioning, identify gaps and support data-driven recommendations aligned with organizational compensation strategy and compliance requirements. Support the annual salary planning process, including budgeting, administration, and reporting. Ensure compliance with DCAA, SOX, and internal audit requirements through accurate compensation reporting and documentation. Leverage advanced Excel skills and other analytical tools to create complex models, forecast trends, and develop data-driven recommendations for leadership. Manage and evolve the compensation technology ecosystem—including MarketPay, Workday Advanced Compensation, and AI-enabled platforms—to deliver real-time insights, streamline processes, and continuously improve compensation outcomes. Partner with HR, finance, and other stakeholders to deliver compensation solutions that support organizational strategy. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
