About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to join our HR team as an Executive - Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards). The role focuses on designing competitive reward strategies, ensuring compliance, and advising stakeholders on compensation structures aligned with business goals.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Design, implement, and manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B) frameworks
  • Develop and drive Total Rewards strategies including fixed pay, variable pay, incentives, and benefits
  • Benchmark compensation with market trends and industry standards
  • Handle payroll inputs, salary structuring, and cost optimization
  • Comply with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Partner with leadership to provide compensation advisory and decision support
  • Manage annual performance management processes like appraisals, increments, and bonus cycle
  • Analyze HR data and generate insights for strategic decision-making

Any graduate with 4-7 years experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
