Concept Writer(Game Designer)

As a Game Designer, your role involves creating and developing the GDD (Game Design Document) and designing the original concept. You will be responsible for incorporating addictive features, game mechanics, wireframes, fun elements, addictive game loops, and a reward balance. Your tasks will also include developing the storyline, character back-stories, dialogue, as well as maintaining gameplay systems to achieve a fulfilling flow state in the production team. Additionally, you will generate sound effects, musical scores, sound edits, and sound mixes, while working closely with User Experience (UX) Designers to optimize the player interface. Your commitment and focus on completing tasks to a high standard are essential, along with a flexible approach to work and meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Create and Generate the GDD (Game Design Document) - Develop and design the original concept - Create addictive features, game mechanics, wireframes, fun elements, addictive game loops, and a reward balance - Develop the storyline, character back-stories, and dialogue - Maintain gameplay systems for a fulfilling flow state - Generate sound effects, musical scores, sound edits, and sound mixes - Collaborate with User Experience (UX) Designers - Demonstrate excellent communication skills - Implement technical aspects within games - Understand marketing and market research for target audience insights - Utilize drawing skills for visual communication - Innovate game design and generate new ideas - Collaborate effectively with team members - Understand 2D oriented game design Qualifications Required: - Proven game designer experience - Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - Technical understanding of game implementation - Knowledge of marketing and market research - Basic to understandable drawing skills - Innovative approach to game design - Teamworking skills - Ability to understand 2D oriented game design If you meet the above criteria, you are expected to have 0-6 years of experience in the field.
