Contract Compliance Auditor (EPC Consultant)

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Contract Compliance Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients realize the value of their supplier contracts. The Auditor is responsible for reviewing and validating supplier invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance with purchase orders and contracts, and adherence to internal policies. This role will also be responsible for validating EPC companie's proposals, estimates, and project costs against company standards. Responsibilities • Review supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness. • Match invoices against purchase orders, goods receipts, and contracts. • Verify pricing, quantities, tax rates, and payment terms. • Review EPC companies proposals and validate accuracy. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including quantity mismatches, pricing errors, and duplicate entries. • Collaborate with procurement, accounts payable, and suppliers to clarify and correct discrepancies. • Identify and report potential fraud or non-compliance issues. • Maintain organized records of audited information and supporting documents. • Prepare audit reports and summaries of findings. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in internal audits, supply chain, or public accounting. • Experience in the Engineer, Procure, Construct (EPC) industry and/or Utility Industry a strong plus. • Strong understanding of financial concepts and compliance management • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • 2–4 years of experience in invoice auditing, accounts payable, or procurement. • Strong understanding of invoice processing, procurement practices, and financial controls. • Proficient in arenaflex Excel.
