About the job

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be handling Human Resources administration, Payroll, Employee Engagement, recruitment, and onboarding, following human resources guidelines, policies, and procedures, which have to be in accordance with the local law and in compliance with the company's Human Resources guidelines and service concepts.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

·Coordinate the overall recruitment process with the HR Executive in terms of sending letters of intent, offer letters, reference checks, and other necessary assistance

·Champion the colleague onboarding and ensure compliance with all necessary tasks such as joining formalities, employee profile in HR system, biometrics, medical insurance, nametags, locker, bank cards, and other necessary procedures

·Proactively coordinating with department heads and the hotel in charge regarding employee probation and ensuring compliance

·Accountable to have 100% compliance regarding employee personnel files and the filing of documents.

·Coordinate with HR Executive and Paymaster regarding monthly payroll procedures.

·Coordinate the end of service and exit process of colleagues with HR Executive in terms of final settlements, visa cancellations, and repatriation as applicable

·To always maintain a welcoming and professional environment of HR office. Make sure the HR office is manned during office hours

·Handle minor disciplinary procedures and inform the direct manager or Area DHR of the same

·Closely coordinate with the housing team regarding colleague accommodation and transportation


About you

·Preferably a degree / diploma holder with specialization in Human Resources Management, or graduated from a university

·1-2 years of experience in a similar field

·Strong administrative and presentation skills with profound knowledge of MS Office

·Strong Interpersonal and good communication skills, both written and verbal
