Coordinator, Music Production [Remote]

Together, we co-create moments that matter – both for our audiences and our employees – and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.<br /> Paramount's Music Production team is seeking a detail‑driven, proactive Coordinator to support scoring, recording, and administrative workflows across a slate of upcoming film projects. Reporting to the Music Production Manager, this role plays a key part in keeping the team organized and production-ready.<br /> As the Coordinator, you'll handle meeting and email management, scheduling score and recording sessions, assisting with invoicing, preparing music editor start packs, and supporting the financial and logistical aspects of music production. You'll contribute to an exciting lineup of Paramount Pictures films!<br /> Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:<br /> • Answer phones, set meetings, manages schedules and general administrative duties<br /> • Read incoming scripts and assist with the breakdown of songs & source moments<br /> • Monitor PIX and Scenechronize daily for updated script pages & shoot schedules for new or changed music items<br /> • Monitor heavy email traffic – ensuring executives have reports/budgets/scripts/crew list/schedules/cuts in real time<br /> • Organize & maintain physical and digital project files, keep track of project notes<br /> • Download and organize file assets (score reels, song files, etc.)<br /> • Route incoming & outgoing materials to appropriate team members, filmmakers and executive under the direction of manager<br /> • Assist Music Production Head with invoice submissions and production travel needs<br /> • Upload invoices for payment in SAP. Input coding information onto Airtable, and upkeep tracking charts.<br /> • Provide billing information to Vendors, receive, organize & follow up on all incoming invoices & current or outstanding payments<br /> • Prepare, track & organize start forms and onboarding for all hired music editorial/production personnel<br /> • Assist with running payroll for all SAG, AFM and IA music personnel working on our shows<br /> • Assist with booking & coordination of production related activities (ie. Studios, cartage, rentals, catering, couriers)<br /> • Coordinate frequent and complex travel itineraries; compile documents for travel-related meetings<br /> • Assist with residual cast lists and union re-use payments<br /> • Assist with archiving documents, materials and compile deliverables for partners<br /> • Attend scoring sessions when needed (sometimes includes nights and weekends)<br /> • Maintain office space along with other coordinators on the floor<br /> • Assigned to other projects and duties as needed<br /> Basic Qualifications:<br /> • Bachelor's degree<br /> • Minimum 1-3 years related experience (strong internship experience considered)<br /> Additional Qualifications:<br /> • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
